Sudden roaming issue in Cuba

Have been here since last Saturday (8/5) and all of a sudden today (8/11), have lost roaming connectivity. My girlfriend on Rogers also experiencing same issue. What's happening back there? Hope you'll reverse any applicable roaming charges...

Issue seems to finally be resolved for both my and my gf's phone as of 10:30pm eastern time.
