can't find the option to use a speakerphone, so I am assuming it is not available for this model, is this correct? Would the solution be to connect via bluetooth to external speaker?
The Vivaz Pro has the function, but I think you can activate it only during a call. There should be what looks like a volume speaker icon you press to activate it. I'm going off memory and don't use the phone anymore so I can't be too sure.
