I am trying to update my sim for use with a new phone. I have my new sim, I go to fido.ca/simcard as printed on the multisim card. I find the instructions, log in to my account, choose my number however there is no 'Update SIM Card' option that I see.
Only options for 'Change My Number' and 'Refer a Friend'.
It seems the instructions may be somehow wrong?

Hello @qw4 welcome to the community!
The option should be there, are you on a prepaid or post paid account?
Are you login as the account holder or as an authorise user? Only the account holder can upadte SIM on a monthly plan.
I do not think Fido has the option for you to update the SIM on prepaid accounts yourself.

I am logging in as the owner of my phone and account so this option should appear there.
I do not understand why this simple task cannot be competed online if it is a prepaid account.
The instructions on your website make no distinction for not allowing a prepaid account to update a sim card.
Please check your speeling and grammer before clicking 'post'. It is annoying.
Thank you.

The irony in your request is palpable.

If it made you smile then I'm happy but still annoyed.

That would be very helpful.
I am at work and this would be the easiest option to update my sim other than the option in my account screen.
