Setting up TK102 GPS tracker

Have been attempting to jump through ALL the hoops to set up TK102 tracker. Got a Fido 'data' plan, added 'text' to the plan. Now it's saying that I need to make sure I have 'call display'. Does that mean I have to add a'voice' plan ?? Have also 'diabled' SIM PIN code, as suggested by device setup. ALSO, says for best (or possibly ONLY performance) it says to use a '2G or 4G GSM sim card ???

ANYONE familiar with any of this stuff ?? HELP !!!

Can you give us some information if possible? What exactly are the features of the tracker? Is there a feature that seems like it would require call display?

In terms of the SIM, our SIM cards are LTE, which is the right one as you mentioned it said to use a 4G SIM card.
