Samsung galaxy Q and MMS

Hi

I  received a txt msg from fido(admin@mms.fido.ca) saying< subject: Welcome to the fido picture and video me> the size is 4 kb.  Beside it says downloading... if i tap it it just gives me message details...

The i received the Picture/ Video msg from a friend.. size 240 kb... Which i cant open it again just says downloading and then when tapped on just gives me msg details..

I have checked both my phone  and plan and both say they support mms... So whats the problem?

Have you called customer service since this has started? If so, what were you told?
