Samsung S20 FE 5G

I ordered Samsung S20 FE 5G almost three weeks ago and did receive email regarding my plan change. But I didn’t receive any emails regarding the phone order or updates,  I was wondering how long people typically wait for phones. This is the first time this has happened to me and the phone is still being advertised on the website.  I did online chat twice and both agents confirmed that the device order was placed on Nov 29, 2021. They did not know the shipment date and said email would be sent when the device is ready to ship. My new FIDO pIan is in effect on Nov 29, 2021. I am not sure how it is still being advertised if they haven't been able to ship the orders from several weeks ago.
