Hi,
I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy A5 from Fido two months ago. Recently, there is no reponse when I press the Home button. I have tried restarting the phone, still doesn't work..just wondering if I can take the phone to a Fido store to get it fix?
Thanks.

Hey @paulfrank!
To give more details on what Kapable-K mentionned:
All our phones come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the phone wasn't damaged because the user, you can go to a Fido store to get the phone shipped in for repair. It will be to have your proof of purchase however.
With a 50$ deposit, you can also get a loaner phone. The 50$ will be refunded once you return the phone back to the store.
