S6 Update, Security Crashing

Updated phone, now I can't set up or change screen lock type, or go into fingerprint menus.
Gives "unfortunately -- has stopped working"
We are not allowed unlocked phones due to company data and need assistance as soon as possible.
Tried wipe cache, uninstall google play updates, and adjusting settings in Safe Mode.

@Serednicki Did you wipe the cache from settings-> storage or did you wipe the cache partition from the recovery menu?

I would suggest you do it from the recovery menu. Follow this guide here.
