I just got an email saying both my spouse and my order of s10 black and s10 white are backordered (upgraded our devices). When we were told of the shipping delay but was assured of availability. Are we assured of the phones and how long will the backorder push back the shipping of these phones to us?

Right now, the delay could got up to two weeks. If you want to take a look at other options, you can contact us using any of the options you'll find here. Alternatively, we can send you a PM here on the community!
@FidoJulien thanks for the reply. We are ok with the 2 week delay as long as we are assured of the phones we ordered, I don't want to be waiting and getting an email that it won't be fulfilled at all
