Hello,
I ordered a phone through fido.ca and would like to return it.
After spending +2 hours on the phone with customer service on Saturday, I finally spoke to someone who said they can assist me with getting a return label. They said it will take 24-48h to recieve the email with the return label. It has been 3 days since this call and I have recieved nothing.
Can I please get a return labelled emailed or sent to me through the community chat?
This situation is starting to get worrying.

Hi there @abazangeya , sorry that happened to you. We cannot issue return labels here in the community forum. We're not fido employees, but you could send a direct message to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and ask them to help you with this issue. No holding on the phone. All the best
