Problem with the 10 number to enter to set the voicemail

When I click on 1 to change my voicemail, it say I need to enter the 10 number of my phone number. But when I do it that do not work and it say the numbers are invalid. Do someone know why it do that and how I can fix that ?

Hi, i have the same issue and the voice mail number is correct. What says it"s not valid is my phone number.

  Have you verified that your phone has the proper voicemail retrieval number programmed in it? You can verify the proper numbers here.
