Hi,
I just switched to Fido a few days ago and I got a new Iphone 13 for 30 CAD/month.
The device is now on sale for only 20 CAD/month, and I want to request for a price adjustment.
I saw that this is service provided to customers as a part of "customer satisfaction guarantee".
Please let me know how I should proceed with my request. I tried to call Fido customer service, but I've been on waiting for 2 hours and still waiting...

Unfortunately, you will have to contact customer service directly and they will be able to make the adjustment for you, see here for the different methods to contact them.
