Plan change pending in perpetuity...

I waited an hour for technical support. Something is blocking and I cant get help on the chat line either (won't connect me with someone just continues to ask me bot questions) . I was told to wait the next day to upgrade my device by a tech support by the name of Charles on June 7th 2024.

 

Can i get help on this?? My Plan has already changed as of today...
