I am wondering if I can get some help in regard to a phone upgrade status. My status says upgrade pending and has been saying this for a while now. Can you confirm if the following:
1. Is my order being processed or is there something wrong with it? I still haven't received an email confirmation.
2. How long does it take to get a phone that is has a backorder status?
