Pausing or disabling data access for child's phone account

Is it possible to pause or temporarily disable the data access for our child's phone account?
While we have controls on our router for wifi access, our son is still able to access the internet through his data plan. If this feature is not available, would it be possible to add this in Account Overview > Show All Lines > View Usage & Manage?

As parents, it's important that we have the option to step in and pause the data access on a child account.

Hello @Jupiter77, what you are looking for is not something Fido offers.

However, you can set up parental control on the device to have more control over what your child does, see here for Android devices and here for iPhones.

Thanks for your quick and clear reply. For parents who still would like to encourage Fido to make it possible to pause data on a child's phone, how can we formally express this? Is there a way to submit feature requests?
