I placed a order in Nov 14 and haven't received anything I go on the site to my number and it says order processing but nothing is happening. I've tried to go in the chat and for days it says there are no agents what's happening ? Very frustrating.

I have 2 upgrades in I put one in on Nov 17 and one in on Nov 20. For the same phone on both lines. The order from Nov 20 has processed but the order for Nov 17 hasn't. I don't understand why? And can't seem to get any help.

Was the order for a new line or an upgrade on an existing line? Also, what was the phone that you ordered?
