I placed a order in Nov 14 and haven't received anything I go on the site to my number and it says order processing but nothing is happening. I've tried to go in the chat and for days it says there are no agents what's happening ? Very frustrating....

I ordered a phone on fido.ca and have decided to send it back but it didn’t come with a return label in the box how can I send it back to Fido ?

I ordered a new phone 2 days ago and I haven’t received anything yet about it being shipped it has been approximately 46 hours since I placed the order how long does this take ?

I have 2 upgrades in I put one in on Nov 17 and one in on Nov 20. For the same phone on both lines. The order from Nov 20 has processed but the order for Nov 17 hasn't. I don't understand why? And can't seem to get any help.
