Off topic but how do you get to that page? I cannot find it anywhere only way i could get info on my back order is by phoning a representitive.

Fido customer service is a joke! They have a script which they repeat over and over again without solving anything! It has been 3 weeks since I ordered a phone through Fido website and they don't have any clue about why it is still not shipped! Koodo is way better than Fido.
