Hello, I wanted to get a samsung galaxy S10. I want to buy it online and then pick it up at a fido store. Is this provision available ? Do I have to pay the transaction fee in this case ?

You can definitely get your phone through the Fido Reservation system and have the device shipped to a store near you.

You will be charged a set up fee for all upgrades done in store. A great way to avoid that charge is to simply do your upgrade online directly on Fido.ca. With that option, the phone would be sent to your shipping address.
