I currently have my own device but when I try to upgrade my device, buy a new plan, I get the following message:
We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)
I get this message when I click on "Continue to Shipping address". I have cleared cache/cookies, used different browsers but I keep on getting this message. Apparently lot of folks had this issue and one would wonder it would be solved by now!
Help needed pls.

I'm sorry to read you're having trouble doing an upgrade online. Usually, this means that there might be something on the account preventing you from upgrading the phone. The best option would be to contact customer service using any of the options you'll find here.
