that device would have all of the compatible bands/frequencies. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here. You should note that there may be other versions of that phone with slightly different specifications.
**edit** The OnePlus Canada website does show Rogers as a compatible network for that device. Fido uses Rogers' networks**
