Notification and commands not working - LG G4

My phone wont allow me to use the circle and square buttons, all my setting were removed and my notification slide bar at the top does not work.  I simply turned off my phone and when it went back on that is what happened.  Please help!

Do you mean that your phone is frozen? Did you try to restart your phone to see if you would get a different result?

@Community: Anyone else had the same problem with their LG G4?

I did...a few times. What ended up working so far is backing up everything and doing a factory reset.  I hope that resolves the problem for good now.  Fingers crossed.
