A staff that works with fido told me that fido will not bring the Gs6 edge+. And if they don't bring the Gs6 edge+ they will probably ditch the note 5 for a while. If any of you is looking to get the note 5 don't stay with fido because it's going to take a long time. What a disappointment fido😔. I thought fido cared about their customers. Sadly, their only objective is to empty their stocks. Changing company on Monday. Sorry can't support you fido anymore.

i hope fido carrys the note 5 to but i dont understand why fido is behind every one . telus,bell,rogers and even wind mobile are offering the note 5 and s6 edge plus for preorder. In usa atat and verizon have it so in total only fido cant get it why ?

Fido never carrys phablets. Rogers restricts Fido from carrying any Note series. Probably to promote Rogers and Wind? I am also bummed out by that. I have been with Fido for 12 years and using one of their most expensive max plans. And now I dont see any compelling reason to stay with Fido. Only a year left on my contract. Maybe its time to change to another carrier.

As Zyx said, we can't comment on phones until an official statement is done. 

You can keep an eye on the forum or over here as we will update the website as soon as we have more information!

Many many many users will definitely switch to other carriers including myself if updated phones like note 5 wont be available to the customers so it will lead to huge huge huge loss for the company. 

please transfer this to your senior managers and keep an eye on the competitor's phones and plans and then try to compete.

You can reserve phones right here. Since the S6 EDGE is already available, you can order it directly with customer service or go in store to pick it up.

We don't have the Note 5 and there's no guarantee we'll have it.

okiu is talking about the upcoming "S6 Edge+" (or Edge Plus).

okiu, the only answer you'll get is that the moderators are either not told or cannot talk about upcoming phones until they are on the website.

That said, Fido apparently now carries only Samsung phones on the Android high-end, so I would expect it will be available eventually.

Note that I'm just a customer like you - I don't have any more insight into Fido than you have; the previous paragraph is based on my observasions, which could turn out to be wrong!
