Not receiving texts

I have a motorola razr and recently I haven't been receiving any text messages for a few days. I know my friends are sending them and sometimes I receive the message 4 days later but I am extremely frustrated. Is there anything I can do?

I recently am experiencing that too...Didn't get texts from at least 3 persons or phone calls. I'll try the master reset...hopefully that works. It is very frustrating.

Are you able to send without issues? Do you friends get any errors when sending to you?

I recommend trying a reset (remove re-insert the batter) and test it out. Try to send yourself a text message, see if that goes through.

If it continues you can call in so we can check things on our end otherwise you may need to perform a master reset of your device (This will erase everything on the device, not the sim card):

1. Go to the Home Screen
2. Press Menu
3. Go to Settings
4. Select Initial Setup
5. Select Master Reset
6. Confirm and enter the security code: 000000
