Not Receiving Txt Msgs sometimes

Hi There, 

For some reason, I don't get some text messages. I'm using S7 edge which I got just last year so I don't think this is the issue. Is it maybe because of my sim card? It does not happen that often but it's just too bad that sometimes I don't get an SMS. I tried restarting my phone and I still didn't receive it.
