Myself and another fido user have had no service for at least a couple of hours in Oak Bay. I don't have a landline to call tech support to report this, so I tried using the chat feature on the fido website, but the representative I talked to said they were unable to report this for me and that I would have to call.
Has anyone else had any problems in the Victoria area today?
