No network registered India

I am currently in India and my network is showing no signal or not registered, even thiugh it was working just a week back. I have tried everything after reading the posts, but still nothing is working. 

Please help ASAP, because I have to recieve my calls and messages from work.

Are you using a monthly or a prepaid service? Also, are you able to manually select a network in your settings?
