I do not have Fido network. I can't make calls or recieved them .I tried turning it off but it would not work. I don't know what else to do. Any help ?

1. Where are you located?
2. Does this happen everywhere or just in a specific location?
3. Are you able to test your SIM card in another device right now and, if yes, does it work?
