Hello all! I have a Nexus 5, and an LTE Sim card, but am unable to gain access to LTE. I live in Calgary (Within LTE Coverage) and have all the correct settings for LTE (I called, and checked.)

Any reason why I don't have the service? I bought the card 3 days ago, and havent gotten any better of a signal than HSPA.

Fido programmed all of their LTE SIM cards wrong.

In stead of fido-core-appl1.apn, change the APN to: ltemobile.apn

If you have contacted us by phone I assume your profile on our end is properly set up. Should that be the case, the next step is a hardware isolation test. Insert your SIM card into a different LTE compatible phone (you can visit a Fido store for this). If that phone is able to log on to LTE, the issue with your phone. If not, it may be the SIM card.
