My Oct. Bill payment (US Roaming fee)

Helle Fido,

I just received the my Oct. Bill.

I know I visted Seatle US for just one day trip in 7th Oct. Time 7AM and return the same day 11PM.

but you have charged me two days of roaming service? Is that right?

It is queit surprizing that Fido charged to extra one day fee.

Please let me know the clear reason and adjust Oct bill amounts before the payment due.

  Sorry to hear you've incurred more than expected roaming fees. However, you should note that the daily fee covers each calendar day of usage until 11:59:59pm Eastern Time (ET), regardless of which time zone you are roaming in (see here). Since you were travelling on the West coast, 11pm in that time zone would have extended to the second day ET.
