Motorola Moto G 4G version

I have a Motorola moto G 4G bought in the Uk sim free which can't seem to pick up the Fido LTE/4G. Currently the best I can get is H+. The APN settings are fine and the phone ia set to connect to 4G(recommended). Please can you advice on how I resolve this?

I have the same issue, had no internet / data on 4g, had to click on 3g to work at all. What model number do you need to establish if the phone is compatible with Fido LTE or 4g?

This phone operates on 4G LTE Bands 1900, 1700, 850, 700 MHz. Our LTE runs on 2100 and 2600 MHz.
