It's possible that device is only available from some 3rd party resellers since it is not listed on the Fido website anymore. Those resellers might still have some devices in stock, but only at certain locations -- hence the See in store for details and availability... You might have to visit your local Wireless Wave to determine your options.

@Jlb5 currently Fido do not offer that phone on the website but maybe customer service can still get it for you, it would probably be faster to call customer service and ask them.
Wirelesswave website shows it as $0 on select 2-years agreement (here) but you have to contact the store for the full details
