MMS for an unlocked iphone 3GS

Hi, I have an unlocked iphone 3GS that i bought from the apple store.

How do I set up MMS on my phone? Everytime when I try to send a picture via text message, it gives me a "delivery failure" message.  I do not have data plan, but I should be able to still send picture via Messages.  Help!!

Hi there ccecilia,

Make sure WiFi is OFF and Cellular data is ON. Your messages will go through
