Thanks for joining the community!

My first suggestion would be Host Routing Table (although I am not 100% sure if this would bring back your icon, it's worth a try) To do this, go to options > advanced options > Host Routing Table. 

If that doesn't work, I would suggest backing up and restoring your phone via BlackBerry Desktop Software. Click here for more info.
