I have 2 devices LGG5

The first I buy from Koodo

The second from Virgin

I can find on my LGG5 option wifi calling.

I need help please!!!

Look the screenshot from the second device, the first don't have VoLTE

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question. Both screenshots show VoLTE. Can you please clarify?

Thanks for the update @Andros! 

At this time it's not possible to guarantee the VoLTE and WiFi Calling services on non-Fido devices. We are always working on making it available to more devices.
