LG G4 wifi calling update battery issues

Got the new update for my G4 from Fido and now my screen on time went from a solid 4 hours to 2.5. WTF!? what a pointless update, cant use VoLTE because im not on a pulse plan and the wifi calling feature is totally unnecessary because my signal is usually fine. Mentioned the battery drain to live chat and they basically didnt even acknowlege it. Thanks Fido!

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Hi @jm6262 Try clearing the cach partition also you can install GSam Battery Monitor and monitor whats is draining the battery.

The update is draining the battery. How do you go from 4 hours SoT before the update to 2.5 after??

Install the app and it will tell you what is using most of the battery. Alot of time after an update and you have battery drain issue a simple clearing of the cache or a factory reset will correct the issue. I use that app on all my devices so if I have a battery drain I can know what is draining the battery so I can correct it accordingly.
