Jellybean 4.2

I got a sms from Fido saying that jellybean 4.2 is out, but when I tried to update it says no updates found.

I tried restarting the phone and change the sim card but still the same message.

Hi,

Could you tell me the Android version, model of phone? I am not aware of Fido sending texts regarding the updates so this must be new.
