Any one experiencing delays in there order. I ordered an iPhone on Black Friday weekend and to dat I have not received any thing from fido. Tha last time talked to them was told it’s on back order should be received by Christmas. Try contacting them well good luck.

Which model did you order? The delivery time varies depending on the model. Also, was the order placed on your own through Fido.ca, or did you order it through Customer Service?

Well it was placed through my account. However I did manage to talk to someone who helped me dearly and took it personal to have the issue resolved. It has been resolved and am good to go.
