I got my iPhone 6s last year September and noticed a few months later that my data hasn't been working.
I went to Apple and they told me that it's most likely a carrier problem. I've tried removing the sim card, resetting networks setting, resetting the iPhone. Nothing worked. So then I switched my mom sim card( Data is working on this one) with my own. The data started working. So my phone wasn't the issue but the carrier(Fido). Is there any way I can either get a new sim card or fix this issue?

It looks like you've tried everything possible on your side and we'll need to take a closer look at the account. This could be caused by a data block on your line or the way the network is provisioned.
