I recently placed an order to upgrade to Iphone 13 on the website. When I clicked Submit Order, it said there was an error. When I tried again, it said the upgrade is pending. However, I haven't received any confirmation email nor am I able to place a new order.
Hi @aniketsrikumar , if the web page says order is pending, then indeed it is. You will most likely receive confirmation of your order after the weekend. It will be an email congratulating you on your new device and then a few days later a follow-up to give updates on shipping. The second email could take up to a week for the shipping information.
