I ordered an Iphone 12 pro max on December 8th at 6:01pm. While i was confirming the payment the fido page got stuck and 899.48$ got debited from my credit card. I didn't recieve any confirmation from fido yet regarding the payment of the order placement. I contacted my bank and they told me that the payment have processed and fido has kept my payment on hold, and i called the fido customer service sharing these details and they said that no order or payment have processed. I have the transaction details of my payment. I had no help from the customer service and i hope that this post will reach the right people who can resolve the issue!.
