I can understand that you can't wait to receive your IPhone.

Did you get a chance to see the status of your reservation from your online account?

One of those should show up:

• Open: The phone is reserved.
• In Progress: We’re currently processing the order.
• Shipped: The phone is on its way to the chosen store.
• Cancelled: The reservation is cancelled.

What do you see on your end?
