Hi, it’s been more than two weeks I have lost my phone. I contacted the Fido and the bright-star insurance they asked for certain documents for proof of address which I send them. I sent my car insurance, car ownership, and car mortgage but they kept rejecting them. I am tenant and those are all the documents that I can provide. Can someone help me what to do? I am going crazy Sad

Did you contact Brightstar to inquire about the reason of rejecting your claim?

 

Were all the documents you provided them under your name?

 

Also, which province are you located in?

I lost my phone today too.

Backtracked to find it, and the guy was more than happy to give it back to me. A less than desirable phone. Apparently is wasn't worth the hassle of keeping. Who wants a friggin' SONY Android phone . Full of pictures of poodles.

Got my phone back. Big thank you even though the dude really didn't want to be thanked. Like giving the flu back to the person who gave it to you.
