I just pre-ordered 2 iPhone X. 2 questions:

1.  Do I have to sign a a 2 year contract or can I purchase the phone off contract?

2. Is there an option to have it billed at the end of the month or do I have to pay my outstanding balance right away? Thanks.

  Welcome to the community!

  1. I believe you should be able to purchase the phone outright as the website shows the No Term cost as well.

  2. Since the phones are shipped to a Fido store and you have to pick them up from a Fido store, I believe you will have to pay the balance of the phone straight away. The phone will only be billed on the next invoice if purchased online or through customer service (see here). The pre-order is not considered puchasing online.

From my past experience you can buy them without a contract and the payment will be seen on your Fido bill.
