Hello,
I have ordered an iPhone 12 Mini and your 12G plan 10 days ago. I passed the credit check. And Fido even offered me a alternative number for changing carrier.
But I haven't received the phone yet. Also my Fido account status is cacelled.
What's wrong there?

If you say the account status is showing canceled then it would be best to contact customer service directly and they can look into the account and better advise you.
