Hi Im living in Toronto, Canada.
I moved from Telus to Fido last week..
and now Im having a trouble..
My phone is i phone4
whenever I come out of subway or place where there is no signal,
it takes for me at least one hour (even several hours sometimes) to be able to make a call, send or receive text
I can see the Fido signal sign bar in my phone but I cant make a call..or do anything:(
Why is it that????:(Someone please help me~~

I am in Edmonton, i have been having the same problem. I have a xperia pro, took it to fido, they sent it away, did a diagnostic; told me nohing was wrong with the phone. it still doesnt work, i have been using a 4 year old samsung no problems untle i can get back to a fido store.
I also have the same problem,
Im in Aurora Ontario and i have a iphone 4s,
I cant make/recieve call and aswell as text,
but i can use the 3G internet service.
Please help us Fido technicians.
Its driving me nuts!
I live in Kitchener-waterloo where we have more than enough cellphone towers, and still it happens. It's either my texts and calls don't go out, or my texts send the same thing over 50+ times and I have to turn my phone off so the reciever doesn't drown in them!
