As Paolo mentioned, these kinds of changes would actually need to be completed on our end. Do you already have this new Nano SIM card?

I don't see why not. Just because your Prepaid instead of Post paid should NOT prevent you from asking to have your sim card swapped to another one, the only limitation I believe is you can not perform this transaction online and MUST call into the Customer service department and have them perform this transaction.
