Sorry to hear you might have lost your phone. You might be able to find the device using My Find (see here). Have you had a chance to report your device lost or stolen via your My Account?
You should note that the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. As such, we do not have access to customers' accounts. If you would report your device as lost or stolen (and unable to do so via My Account), you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
