Hi, my current plan with 30GB is $64, and Fido offered me 110 GB is $55, but I think this price is too high and I can not use all of the data. Please help me to change the other plan with a low price. Thank you.

Hello again @iamngan , I misspoke when I said that Fido charges an admin fee for changing plans. Sorry about that, Fido stopped charging for changes a while ago. So, please if you still require assistance, call customer support and request your changes. I apologize for the misinformation. Hope you get the assistance you require.

Hi there @iamngan , to receive assistance with your plan you can reach out to customer support Here and discuss your options. However, there is an administrative fee for completing a purchase with a service rep. If you want to change your plan, go to fido online or in the fido app open the plans tab and see what's available to you. I understand that not everyone needs that much data. Hope you get the plan you need and want.
