I have 3 phones under my Fido account, and 1 of them will not be used, and I want to cancel it - anyone know how to do it?

@jjwwang A moderator here can do it for you but for a faster response you can call customer service by dialing *611 from your Fido phone or you can message Fido on Facebook or Twitter.
Thanks for the quick response - but when I go to tweeter, and tried to send message to @fidomobile, I got error message as "Your message could not be sent." - did I miss anything?
I'm not sure why that is happening can you try again.
I've tried multiple times, and all failed - and I was on hold for minutes when calling *611 - can you please help me about the cacellation?
